It's a page about how inhabiting the body consciously, being aware of sensations and being present in a physically engaged way affects our perception and our experience of being in the world.
It's a place where people with solid ethics and an interest in the body can blog, discuss and talk about their work. This could be bodyworkers, teachers, dancers, players, martial artists, practitioners of any discipline which honours the body for its leading role in our interaction with the world around us.
